Bravo Malaysians.
Yesterday Malaysians of all ethnic and religious backgrounds, both genders and all skin colours, walked together on a matter of national policy. This was simply beautiful.
I was there. I saw black-clad Malaysian Chinese who shared light moments with tudung-clad Malaysian Malay ladies, brave Unit Amal members giving salt (against tear gas) to Hindraf supporters. That's why BN is so enraged. Malaysians built history together yesterday, as they did in the Hartal and the PUTERA-AMCJA people's constitution days. Malaysians have a history together, though it has been hidden to them for decades. They just proved they will build a future together!
Hidup Malaysia!

1 Black Malaysia. Democracy First. Elections Now.

I treat my dog better than the government of Malaysia treat it's own people.

A government that rob and abuse it's taxpayers certainly has no future. A suspected murderer as the Prime Minister means disaster for Malaysia.

The question of legal representation does not arise at all, when the opposition,NGOs,human right has been branded as public enemy No.1.

Their minds are trapped in 1950s' where any criticism and different in opinion are considered a 'sin'.

These happened because there is no separation of power between Executive and Judiciary.

Government machinery has been used to safeguard the BN interest and the same person has been calling the shot.

Furthermore the Menteri Dalam Negeri has a free hand in interpreting the law according to his whim and fancy..govt is BN,BN is govt..it all boils down to 'cari makan'..

Look at the protesters faces carefully.
They are the common people , the ordinary people.
Yet they are brave to face the polis / government just because of justice.

I dare to say that the Anti ISA protesters are braver than the Ipoh Gangsters , Alor street gangsters , Indians gangsters and the loan sharks.
As a matter of fact, none of the bukit bintang gangster went for the Anti ISA !.

It is because that the innocent people will not be afraid of the polis /government and will face off.
The polis are arresting all the wrong people .
A good chance for the polis to be friendly with the public wasted .
In order to keep the crime rates down , the polis needs public cooperation. But the cops blew it big time and screw up a good public relation opportunity.
The 20000 and all of us will be cops haters forever.

The police can deny anything even if there is a statute to grant a right to a lawyer. This is because they are above the law and without accountability to the people.

So.. being arrested and detained by the police is a fearful thing, because one become "suicidal" after such event.

can we sue PDRM for this? we should gather all the evidences (cannister, video, photos & etc) and use it against PDRM in the court of law...
