That is to daring a claim....
When mahfuz putting aside winning with a majority, when instead he sarcastically claim that PAS opting for 1 vote majority....
perhaps to satisfy himself....
or perhaps he already saw the light at the end of tunnel...
But how serious is his claim....he might just being witty...it is to early to judge...after all this by-election was seriously scarred with countless allegations...
As of 7:00PM PAS was leading by nearly 5,000 votes. A Pakatan win is already in the can :-)
