IT'S NOT AN ANSWER
Najib explains scope of exemption for tendersDoes that answer the question on what sort of projects gets exemptions from tenders?
MINISTRIES can only be exempted from calling for tenders for acquisitions costing more than RM100mil if these involved, among others, security equipment or a secret strategic project.
Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak said ministries would need to apply to the Finance Ministry if they wanted to be exempted from calling for tenders for these acquisitions.
what are these "among others"?
"among others" could, for all you and Lulu know, be "to the interest of the Menteri's wife", "if it benefits an UMNO donor", anything and everything.
Lulu wishes Najib had given a more precise answer instead of leaving Lulu to interpret it.

OH MY GOD!
MORE THAN RM 100 MILLION?
So, who's to say if they just do a contract for RM 99 million and swipe the money?
And WHO keeps track of what they spend and how?
This BN government is the worst CROOKS ever!
Has any black-&-white answer ever issued from those flabby pink lips?
