Wiseman Liow is absolutely korrek: Exclusive rights (read Only-Man) is NOT the same as Middlemen (read plural), so there is no middlemen, only 1 Man.
that's why the current cabinet is a bunch of losers.

Pharmaniaga is a GLC under the UEM Group stable. It is mainly owned by UEM Group Berhad with a small minority shareholding. It was originally the Government Medical Stores that was privatised during Tun M's day.

Imagine Pharmaniaga doing this - set up 10 companies - bid for the same tender and one of them wins. Did I miss out something here?
Only "wayang kulit" a.k.a skin show. Who master mind the cigarette box with pictures. Do cigarette company have to pay royalties for each picture? Just 10 cents per box enough to make them 'makan tak habis' for 3 generation. I fully support if they ban cigarette instead of imposing all kind of their share of commission on cigarette.
