our pak lah says he does not plan regarding the use of ISA. I believe him. There are many things which i have learn not to believe in him, but when he make that statement I could tell from his physical movement that he is sincere and truthful.
But then again, our Pak Lah doesn't seems to plan for anything, doesn't he?
