I actually once knew a close relation of Bad awi, a long time ago, and who was helped up in his career within the Gomen service because of the later's famous (but hidden) Nepotism but didn't have the required qualification. He not only looked quite a bit like Bad awi but was rather dishonestly cavalier like him at some occasions.
Dr.M spent 1 year out of his 22 years in power for transition. Thats 1/22 of his career.
