BALKIS does rhyme with Iblis...They do often have a knack for somewhat suitable acronym.
they continue to surprise us, don't they? and we thought we know them long enough...one wonders how low would these people go....as for the word to describe them...i would say the four letter word would be 'less' than appropriate...sorry for being rude and vulgar, just can't help it...
