Cool dude, Ng Chee Pang, told Malaysiakini that he had filed two complaints with the EC that Abdul Aziz is abusing government machinery in his campaign.
In his second complaint filed yesterday, Ng furnished photographic evidence. “I have photos. For instance, a Chinese school hall was used, BN flags were hung all over the place for Dr Ng Yen Yen (BN Raub MP and deputy finance minister AND also the lulu who she criticised him for his low education status, not realising that her party candidate is also a lepasan SPM AND also the one who had to give up her Australian PR when it terbongkar) to campaign for the candidate,” he alleged. He also claimed that police and local council trucks were used to transport chairs and other items for the BN campaign.
Now we know and understand the role of the 2nd person in his campaign team, the photographer.
He has also filed a police report on the matter.
Whilst Lulu may not hold her breath in expectation of any action by SPR, Lulu somehow would like to enjoy the hope of hoping that something will be done about all this abuse of government machinery in misusing the rakyat's resources and money.
Lulu's hopes dashed. crushed. stamped on. but then again, Lulu's not surprised.
EC ‘cannot act’ against BN candidate

The Election Commission (EC) today said it cannot disqualify the Barisan Nasional (BN) candidate for the Batu Talam by-election because it has no power to act on complaints based on its election code of ethics. “The code of ethics is just a guideline for candidates contesting in the election, we can’t disqualify anyone based on that,” returning officer Abdul Kadir Awang Bakar told malaysiakini when contacted today.
